You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You cancel enrollment before the course starts.
- The course is canceled by the institute due to unforeseen reasons (e.g. low enrollment, technical issues, or instructor unavailability).
- You experience a technical error in payment (duplicate or overpayment).
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:
- If you have already attended one or more classes (online or physical).
- If you fail to attend without informing the administration.
- If you are dismissed due to violation of institute policies or misconduct.
- If the course has been completed or you have accessed a significant portion of the course content/materials.
4. How to Request a Refund

- Course name
- Payment receipt or transaction ID
- Reason for refund request
Our team will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.
5. Processing Time
If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method and may take 7–14 working days depending on your bank or service provider.

eMind Institute reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued enrollment implies your agreement to the latest terms.
