Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

At eMind Institute, we believe in being clear and fair about our refund and cancellation terms. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any course or booking any service. By making a payment, you agree to these terms.

IT & Digital Marketing Courses
✓ Refund Eligible
Course has NOT started yet. You submit a refund request within 15 days of payment.
✗ No Refund
Course has already started. Or 15-day refund window has passed. Or it is a Recorded/Online course.
Live courses: Full refund if requested before course start date within 15 days of payment. No refund once the course has begun — no exceptions.
Recorded courses: No refund under any circumstances. Once access is granted, the course is considered delivered.

Partial refunds are not available. If you are unsure about enrollment, please contact us before making payment.

Psychology Courses (CBT, DBT, Internship, etc.)

The same refund rules apply to psychology and clinical courses:

Full refund only if course has not started and request is submitted within 15 days of payment.
No refund once course has started, regardless of attendance or progress.
Certificate issuance requires 75% minimum attendance and 85% or above in the final assessment.
Failure to meet certificate requirements does not qualify for a refund.
Therapy & Autism Assessment Sessions

Therapy sessions operate on a session-by-session basis. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our patients and our therapists.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, contact us at least 24 hours in advance. A new appointment will be arranged by mutual agreement of the patient and the therapist at a time suitable for both.
No refund is issued for cancelled sessions — a replacement session is provided instead.
Replacement session timing is agreed upon by both the patient and the therapist.
Sessions cancelled without 24-hour notice may not be eligible for rescheduling.
Autism assessment fees (Rs. 5,000) are non-refundable once the assessment has been conducted.
If you continue with therapy after assessment, the Rs. 5,000 fee is adjusted into your therapy package.
How to Request a Refund

Send a WhatsApp message to +92 330 8610400 (IT courses) or +92 344 4703294 (Psychology courses) stating your name, course name, and reason for refund request.

Submit a Written Application
A formal refund application must be submitted — either in person at our Multan campus or via WhatsApp in writing. Verbal requests are not accepted.

Verification (1–3 Business Days)
Our team will verify your payment, enrollment status, and course start date. You will be notified of the decision via WhatsApp.
4
Refund Processing (5–7 Business Days)
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method — EasyPaisa or bank transfer. Refund processing takes 5–7 business days after approval.
