1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the eMind Institute website (emind.pk), enrolling in any course, or booking any therapy or counseling service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

eMind Institute & Autism Center provides the following services:

Autism Therapy: ABA Therapy, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, School Readiness Program.
Mental Health Counseling: Individual therapy for depression, anxiety, OCD, stress, relationships, and career concerns.
IT & Digital Marketing Courses: Live, recorded, and physical classes in WordPress, SEO, SMM, Shopify, GBOB, Email Marketing, and more.
Psychology Courses: CBT, DBT, Clinical Psychology Internship, Psychological Testing, and ABA courses.
3. Course Enrollment & LMS Access
Course enrollment is confirmed only after payment is verified by our team.
LMS (Learning Management System) access is granted within 24 hours of confirmed enrollment.
LMS credentials are personal and must not be shared with others. Sharing credentials may result in access termination without refund.
Course content, videos, materials, and resources are the intellectual property of eMind Institute and may not be downloaded, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
4. Certificate Requirements
To be eligible for a verified certificate, students must meet BOTH of the following criteria: minimum 75% attendance in live sessions AND a minimum score of 85% in the final assessment.
Certificates are issued digitally and can be verified through our certificate verification page.
Failure to meet attendance or assessment requirements does not qualify for a refund.
Certificate requests must be submitted through the official certificate request page at emind.pk/certificate-request/
eMind Institute reserves the right to revoke a certificate if fraud or misrepresentation is discovered.
5. Therapy & Counseling Terms
Therapy sessions are for adults (18+) or children accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Information shared in therapy sessions is strictly confidential. It will not be disclosed to any third party without your written consent, except where required by law.
eMind Institute provides professional psychological support but is not a substitute for emergency mental health services. In a crisis, please contact emergency services immediately.
Therapy outcomes vary by individual. eMind Institute does not guarantee specific results.
Patients may discontinue therapy at any time. Unused session fees from packages may be partially refunded at management's discretion.
6. Payments
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment must be made in full before course access or appointment confirmation is granted.
Accepted payment methods: EasyPaisa, Mashreq Bank transfer, Faysal Bank transfer.
Payment confirmation requires uploading a payment screenshot through our booking or registration form.
Fraudulent payments will result in immediate service termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
7. Intellectual Property

All content on emind.pk — including text, images, course materials, videos, logos, and design — is the property of eMind Institute & Autism Center. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Conduct & Community Standards

All students, patients, and website users are expected to:

Treat staff, instructors, and fellow students with respect.
Not share course content, credentials, or copyrighted materials with others.
Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior.
Provide accurate information during registration or booking.

Violation of these standards may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

eMind Institute is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Multan, Punjab, Pakistan.

11. Changes to These Terms

eMind Institute reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
